The concept of sustainability has been gaining ground in recent years in all industrial sectors: since its inception, the company has focused on this process, which concerns the economic, environmental and social impact of the company.
SAIIE is attentive to proper governance policy through correct and transparent process management.
Attention to employees, their training, growth, and also well-being inside and also outside the work environment is recognized and always at the center of the actions implemented by the company.
A sustainable business cannot be conducted at the expense of its host environment; SAIIE constantly develops its business by implementing policies to minimize its impact toward the environment and where possible invests resources to improve it for the benefit of the entire community.
Some of the initiatives that SAIIE intends to launch in the short term include achieving the electrical autonomy of the operational headquarters by fully implementing the photovoltaic system already in operation; another related topic is the evolution of sustainable mobility through the adoption of new electric vehicles.
